A global series of local conversations, workshops, and field activations based on The Authenticity Formula.

The Authenticity Lab x brings the ideas of cultural authenticity into practice.

Each edition is created with a partner, place, city, company, or community to examine one central question:

 

What makes authenticity credible here?

The Lab moves beyond the format of a standard keynote. It creates a focused setting for dialogue, reflection, and applied work. Participants explore how authenticity is shaped through culture, trust, translation, leadership, design, space, customer experience, and lived practice.


At the heart of the format is a simple belief:

Authenticity is not a claim.
 

It is tested through what people experience.

A brand can speak about values. An organization can describe its culture. A place can promote its identity. Yet credibility only begins when these claims become visible in behavior, decisions, relationships, and environments.


The Authenticity Lab x creates a space to examine this gap.

Each edition connects the core ideas of The Authenticity Formula with a specific local context. This context may be a company, a city, a cultural institution, a retail environment, a workplace, a design community, or a licensing ecosystem.
 

The format can take different forms:

  • a private leadership session

  • ​a partner workshop

  • an intimate book launch

  • a cultural roundtable

  • a field-based conversation

  • a brand reflection format

  • a local community activation


Each edition is shaped around the needs of the host and the cultural questions of the location. The aim is not to apply one universal model. The aim is to understand how authenticity behaves in context.

The Lab is designed for brands, organizations, cultural institutions, design leaders, licensing professionals, educators, workplace strategists, and communities that want to move beyond surface-level claims.

It helps participants examine not only what they say, but also what their culture, spaces, products, services, partnerships, and decisions make believable.
 

The Authenticity Lab x will unfold through selected partner and location-based editions. Each edition is local in setting and global in relevance.
 

Together, they form a living platform for exploring how authenticity is tested when ideas meet real people, real places, and real cultural expectations.
